• Return Policy: All goods, once sold, are considered final and cannot be taken back or returned.
• Payment Conditions: All invoices must be paid in full within 45 days from the date of the bill, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
• Late Payment: If an invoice is not paid by the specified due date, interest will be charged on the outstanding amount at a rate of 18% per annum (P.A.).
• Returned Cheque Fee: A penalty of Rs. 500.00 will be charged for any cheque that is returned due to insufficient funds or any other reason.
